Disable numlock in EFI/Bios

I have a small (laptop) keyboard that has no separate num pad.
Every time I boot the Pico PC numlock is activated and when I enter my password some letters are replaced by numbers because numlock is enabled.

How can I disable numlock in EFI/Bios?
