Hey guys,
just received my PICO this week but not able to get in working in any way. i tried several monitors, cables, keyboards, etc...after powering on, nothing happens. i see that theres power (blue leds and fan running), but no signal to hdmi. keyboard gets powered on...

so... what to to? i found a "reset hole", but that didnt solve my problem.
to me it looks like its broken... :(
Anny suggestions? exchange?

My SSD is not showing by BIOS and Windows. There is continue red led light which can be seen through SD port easily.
I can't understand that is this the problem of BIOS, software or is SSD defective.

'got the same pb (biut it 's my fault : after choosing the wrong partition for installing Ubuntu).
the device seems dead, not even XDO logo, nothing 😥 😶 😥 😥 😥Â

Forget it, guys : It was only a cabling issue (in my desk's chaos 😳 😉Â )
