Hello,
I receive my PicoPc, and i can use it 2 times.
After that is always restart on bios.
It seems that no hard drive is found. No hard drive controller :(
Do you know this problem ? Can you help me ?

Same happened to me, it isn't a problem of SSD controller, the problem is that SSD itself is damaged and most of the time unrecoverable by the system, either remove partition and create a new one and format it (I could do it once) on twice the SSD could be said that is absolutely dead even not recognised as external in another PC.
Good luck with support because I still didn't get any.

I received this small and powerful machine and was using from 1 week. But one day it stuck on BIOS again and again everytime. Then i taken it to computer engineer after diagnosing it the engineer said it's M.2 SSD is faulty so on installation of new windows its not detecting its M.2 SSD. He also showed me that in BIOS there is no any NVEM device.
This time it is only booting with Windows To Go USB stick only(Very slow). Device manager not showing its M.2 SSD.
