PicoPC Support - Where To Go?

I have been having issues with my new 1TB PicoPC.  My quick guide pamphlet references support and RMA information before sending unit back for repairs. I sent an email to:


explaining my problem and seeking technical support. To my surprise the message could not be delivered!  What!!  Where does one go for tech support?

Since I purchased the extended 2 year warranty for HK$310. I attempted to get a full copy of the warranty by going to xdo.ai/warranty as stated in the quick guide and guess what - Page not found and does NOT exist!

Chat with us is not helpful!  It references sales info or request thru email.

Forum postings and emails that take from 2 to 6 days for a response is no way to run a business.  At this point I am thinking about requesting a full refund.  I have been working with issues and waiting for directions these past 2 weeks.  I can no longer put my faith in this product or its organization that clearly does not have structure.

vicky@xdo.ai is the support email. We recommended you try a different Wifi router instead... we're really busy trying to ship out outstanding orders. It takes around one day to ship out around 50 orders so it is a very labor intensive process. Please try to post your issues on the forums and we will see if our tech guys/ or if other users can help troubleshoot in the meantime.  thanks!
